At Obsidian Performance LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Because performance parts and custom automotive components vary in nature, we’ve established the following policies to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers.

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be new, unused, and uninstalled.
   
• The item must be in its original packaging with all included hardware, labels, and accessories.
   
• A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
   

Items that show signs of installation, modification, or damage due to improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Electrical and electronic components (e.g., sensors, controllers, wiring kits)
   
• Custom-made, special-order, or built-to-order products
   
• Clearance or final sale items
   
• Installed or used parts
   
• Fluids, chemicals, or lubricants
   

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@obsidianperf.com with the following information:

• Your full name and order number
   
• The item(s) you wish to return
   
• The reason for return
   
• Photos of the item (if applicable)
   

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or subject to additional processing fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
   
• Obsidian Performance LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
   
• A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply for non-defective returns to cover processing and supplier restock costs.
  

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work directly with the manufacturer or supplier to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Some products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s specific procedures and terms. We can assist in connecting you with the manufacturer’s support team if needed.

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
