All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on product availability, manufacturer lead times, and destination.
Some products may be dropshipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor, which may affect delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
   
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
   

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Custom-made or special-order items
   
• Installed or used products

Many of our products are designed for off-road or competition use only and may not be legal for street use in certain jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compliance with all local, state, and federal laws before installation or use.

Obsidian Performance LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for improper installation, misuse, or any damage, injury, or loss arising from use of our products. Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.

We do not manufacture the products we sell. Any manufacturer warranties will be honored according to the manufacturer’s terms. Obsidian Performance LLC makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsidian Performance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our Site or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
